Date arranged for my service to fit in with me. They rang me when it was ready to pick up but I was out for lunch so they didn't insist on me picking it up straight away, I could get it when it was convenient for me.

I was encouraged to use your automated system as opposed to dealing with a human being. The computer system was very poor as it did not recognise my online booking and I had to re enter my service requirements and seek help from an assistant.
